Cancellation Policy
Effective January 2002, all gift certificates are non-refundable . If a reschedule is needed, we will work with you to best accommodate your needs.
All refunds will be granted for mechanical or illness problems on the part of Ambassador Guides Services Inc. and will be refunded within 30 days of fishing date. If no refund is requested, Angler will receive a rescheduled fishing date. In the event of inclement weather or water changes (at the guide's discretion), the trip will be rescheduled with no refund. If your cancellation is 30 days prior to your scheduled trip, your full deposit will be refunded, A two to three week cancellation notice will be refunded less 10% of your deposit. A seven day cancellation notice will be refunded less 50% of your deposit. 72 hours or less no refund will be granted, however, Ambassador Guides Service Inc. will give you another fishing date which is good for one year from your original booking. We guarantee client confidentiality.
